Chlorella and Spirulina are available in powder and tablet forms, making it very versatile and easy to incorporate into your daily routines.
Tablets can be taken as an oral supplement, or the powder can be mixed with beverages, incorporated into smoothies for a protein kick, or even added to sauces, dressings and baked goods. All the products have a mild taste, which won't influence the flavour of your favourite recipes.
Powder: Start with 1/4 teaspoon a day, and gradually increase to 1-2 teaspoons daily. Mix into beverages (water, smoothies, juice) or food.
Tablets: Start with 5 tablets per day for the first 5-7 days, then gradually increase to 15-20 tablets.
